Sanjeev Mahajan

Executive Director and CEO

Sanjeev has been associated with Enhance since its inception. Prior to Enhance, he was a founder member of SPICE Hot Spot- one of India’s largest retail chain in the mobility space and served on the board of Spice Mobility. A health care convert, he has worked extensively in the FMCG sector in the earlier stage of his career.

Bindu Arora

Head- Marketing

Bindu is a marketing and brand management professional having an industry experience for more than 12 yrs. She has been associated with Enhance for ~ 3 yrs. She has a keen interest in Branding, Marketing and Corporate communication. Prior to Enhance, she has worked with organizations like USHA group, Pentair & Yonex. Additionally she also handles the CRM dept. for Enhance.

Shashi Uppal

Head- Marketing

Shashi is a qualified Chartered Accountant having an industry experience for more than 10 yrs. He has been associated with Enhance for ~ 2 yrs. His core competencies are Finance, MIS, Budgeting and Audits & taxation. Prior to Enhance, he has worked with organizations like Samsung India Electronics & Alstom.
